Quotes + estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Pricing, materials, and timelines are determined by the contractor and may vary based on site conditions, scope, and material availability.

Warranty

Workmanship warranties are issued by the performing contractor. Manufacturer warranties are issued by the material manufacturer. Specific terms are documented in the contract you sign with your contractor.

Limitation of liability

LA Roof Pros acts as a referral platform. We are not liable for the workmanship, scheduling, or business practices of the contractors we refer. Disputes regarding work performed should be addressed directly with the contractor; we will assist where reasonable.
